This stage showcases some of the finest young talent from Leicester and beyond. Each section of the day is curated by a different organisation, each of which will present to you the most talented young performers that they have found.

2.00 – 2.10pm: Opal Entertainment and Arts
2.20 – 3.20pm: Leicester Vocal Tech
Leicester Vocal Tech Academy is home to budding performers aged 4 to 16 years. Members undertake sessions in singing, dance and drama every Saturday. Each year sees the Academy perform a Musical and annual showcase at local theatres. We strive to build confidence, self-assurance and self-worth!
3.30 – 3.40pm: Cosmopolitan Arts
3.50 – 4.50pm: HQ Familia
It’s been a year since Leicester based record label HQ Familia burst on to the music scene and what a year it has been! With 10 releases under their belt, including an international collaboration and 8 artists on their books, they are now gaining recognition in the industry and putting the East Midlands on the Urban music map.
5.00pm – 6.00pm: 2Funky Arts
2Funky Arts is a social enterprise, established in 2006. We deliver creative learning programmes, as well as issue-based projects. 2FA facilitates the development of skills and explores social issues; working regularly with disadvantaged communities. We engage thousands of people each year, focused on music, arts and culture of black origin.
